What is the MAX leakage expected on the PG pin - this is needed to properly size a pull-up resistor.

Hello Steve,

I have a typ number as 7nA. I don't have a MAX. We would have to ask the development team for a max value.
The leakage would limit the max pull-up resistance value.

What is the minimum logic high threshold and the pull-up voltage you are considering?

The internal IC only specs a typical value of 7nA.

The maximum recommended pull-up resistor on the power good pin is 100kΩ.

Ok -

We need a current to work with for a worst-case analysis. If 100kohms is the max resistor, would you please advise the expected leakage current that corresponds to the 100k pull-up? Or, equivalently, what voltage drop is expected with a 100kohm pull-up?

Hello Steve,

If we assume max leakage current as high as 1uA (which seems unrealistically high with 7nA typical, but OK, let's say worst case...),
Then with 100k pullup you will have 0.1V drop.

So with say 3.3V system pullup voltage, the logic high level will be at 3.2V. Is this acceptable?

I asked you earlier about the pullup voltage in the application and the minimum acceptable logic high level.
Please confirm these values and we can back calculate the worst case leakage that would cause an issue with the max 100kohm pullup.
