Can I check for junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistance which stated as NA in the datasheet?

These values are generally not very useful, but here they are. What will you use them for?

Theta-JB: 23.5 C/W
Theta-JC (Top): 30.1 C/W
Theta-JC (Bottom): 17.2 C/W
