My customer has the following inquiry:
"I am wondering if you can track down the max junction temperature for the dcp020503. The datasheet gives all the thermal resistance properties and a max storage temperature of 125°C, but it doesn’t give a max junction temp.
I would expect the max junction temperature to be well defined. The board conditions will affect the allowable ambient/board temperature which depend a lot on usage, but the max junction temperature is really just a factor of the die material and construction, and it will be constant for all applications."
