Our customer inquired the following issue,
"I am using the TPS82130SILT with a micro-controller gpio line connected to the EN pin. I noticed that when the micro-controller is in reset or when the gpio pin is in High Z mode the module appears to be in the ON state. I want to use the micro-controller to turn on/off the TPS82130SILT. The part shows a 400K pull down resistor internally, so I did not have any pull down external, hence the line floats until push pull configuration of the micro-controller pin is configured."
