Hello
In DDR soc block has an address width of A[15:0], but my DDR chip has an address width of A[13:0]
i will be interfacing addressA[13:0] lines of DDR chip to soc ddr blockA[13:0]
what should do with the soc address lines A[15:14], should I leave it floating,pull high,pull low or should I terminate it along with the remaining address group
