66AK2G12: IBIS Model

Part Number: 66AK2G12

Following are the different IBIS model available for GPMC and QSPI interface for 66AK2G12:

BC3340D50H_WK_PD_ON  INPUT MODE WITH WEAK_PULLDOWN_ON @3.3V

BC3340D50H_WK_PU_ON  INPUT MODE WITH WEAK_PULLUP_ON @ 3.3(nom)

BC3340D50H_40D  Normal (40D) mode with Fast Slew CS0=1

BC3340D50H_50B  Slow(50B) Mode with slow slew (CS0=0)

BC3340D50H_WK_PD_ON_5PER  INPUT MODE WITH WEAK_PULLDOWN_ON @3.3V -5%

BC3340D50H_WK_PU_ON_5PER INPUT MODE WITH WEAK_PULLUP_ON @ 3.3 -5%

BC3340D50H_40D_5PER  Normal (40D) mode with Fast Slew CS0=1 @3.3 -5%

BC3340D50H_50B_5PER  Slow(50B) Mode with slow slew (CS0=0) @3.3 -5%

Can someone tell me which model to be taken for GPMC and QSPI interface simulation.

  • Hi,

Can you confirm whether this is for a signal integrity simulation or some other purpose?

    regards,

  • Hi,

Pl see the below information regarding the buffers:

    - None of the GPMC or QSPI buffers have slew rate control on them

    - GPMCAD[0-9] and GPMCCLK have pull-down enabled. All other GPMC signals have pull-up enabled.

    - QSPICSN[0-3] have pull-up enabled. All other QSPI signals have pull-down enabled.

    - Buffer Mode (CS1, CS0) is set to "10"

    - Hysteresis is enabled on all GPMC/QSPI buffers.

Pl confirm that this information answers the question.

    regards,

    -Shriram
