Could you tell me the purpose of 32MB SPI Flash and 32KB Serial EEPROM on this IDK? For example, Program for Boot are stored in these memory?

Hi Ryo,
The SPI Flash can be used to store the Seconary Boot Loader (SBL or u-boot) and other binaries required to boot the system.

The default use of the EEPROM is to store the board specific information that can be used to read during the first stages of the boot and take relevant actions depending on the board type, you will see this being done in the u-boot.
