TMS320VC5410A: Pin assignment of ZWS package

Hi,

I need pin assignment list of ZWS package.
In the datasheet of VC5410A, there are only pin assignment of GGU package.
If pin assignment of ZWS and GGU are the same, I will just refer the datasheet.
Is it same?

Hi,

I don't see the GGU package listed on ti.com. The datasheet states that Table 2-1 is for the 144-pin BGA package. This seems to correlate with the GWS and ZWS packages listed in the "Packing Option Addendum". My conclusion is the pin assignments in Table 2-1 apply for the GWS & ZWS packages.

I'll see if I can confirm this internally.

You can find both ZWS and GGU packages on the TI packaging page. The BGA map looks identical to me (both 144-pin BGA package). Table 2-1. Terminal Assignments applies to both ZWS and GGU.
