Dear Sir,
U27 is TDA2EG-17, there are several pin model errors When I simulate TDA2EG -17 and DDR3 with HYperlynx. Please check following errors and give me suggestion.
No IC output on selected net(i.e. no driver ). stopping.
Warning: U27 pin AE22 not loaded from C:\MentorGraphics\PADSVX.2.1\SDD_HOME\hyperlynx\HypFiles\AVM_TDA2E_LP87523_V0.1_20200825.ref
Pin AE22 of component TDA2x has no model in file C:\MentorGraphics\PADSVX.2.1\SDD_HOME\hyperlynx\Libs\TDA2x_ibis_17mm.ibs
Or pin AE22 types differ (e.g. POWER pin found where I/O pin required).
