Hi,

My customer is asking Thermal Resistance for TMS320VC5507ZAY.
Below document says nfBGA is datasheet equivalent electrical performance.

It this applicable for Thermal characteristics as well?
Below is Table 6-1 in datasheet,  ZHH values should be used for ZAY?
