AM5728: how to set VDD_CORE and VDD_MPU to fixed voltage a little above efuse value

You can tweak the OPPs in arch/arm/boot/dts/dra7.dtsi

opp-microvolt = <1060000 850000 1150000>,
<1060000 850000 1150000>;

For all the OPPs - opp_nom-1000000000, opp_od-1176000000, opp_high@1500000000 

You can bump up the values by 5000 or 10000. Units above are in micro volts.
