PROCESSOR-SDK-AM57X: driver enable

Hi Chandana,

Can you add the below to your board.dts file:

&i2c1 {
        status = "okay";
        clock-frequency = <400000>;
};

This should enable i2c2.

For UART3 take a look at: arch/arm/boot/dts/am57xx-beagle-x15-common.dtsi

&uart2 {
        status = "okay";
        interrupts-extended = <&crossbar_mpu GIC_SPI 68 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH>,
                              <&dra7_pmx_core 0x3f8>;
};

For mcspi

&mcspi1 {
        status = "okay";
};

Basically drivers are enabled by default. You need to set appropriate DT nodes status="okay" & if you are using custom board then their corresponding
pinmuxes.

i tried as you mention  above i2c worked but i enabled mcspi as above in dtsi file i couldn't able to see /dev/spi(mcspi) .

Hi Chandana,

Is this a custom board that you are trying on or TI-IDK?

If it is TI IDK you can check: "board/ti/am57xx/mux_data.h"

at present i am working on idk board in feature i have to work on custom board.

in u-boot sdk?

for custom board where i have to do pinmux?

could you please help me on this 

i can see spidev in sys/class as below but i could able to see any files inside spidev folder 

root@am57xx-evm:/sys/class# cd spidev/
root@am57xx-evm:/sys/class/spidev# ls
root@am57xx-evm:/sys/class/spidev#
