SOC: DRA746, Android8.1, kernel 4.4.117

issue: When the EVM performs the USB Accessory Test item of the CTS verify test, the EVM restarts directly and the test fails.

Test procedure: Refer to Google’s test guidelines for USB Accessory Test: source.android.com/.../cts-verifier
