AM3354: UART AUTOIDLE bit

Part Number: AM3354
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMIC110

Hi,

About UART register value.
Data Sheets
  AM335x and AMIC110 SitaraTm Processors
  Technical Reference Manuals

 Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART)
 19.5.1.43 SYSC Register (offset = 54h) [reset = 0h].

 The manual says that the value is always 0 when the register is reset.
 However, the AUTOIDLE bit is set to 1 even though it is not set software.

  Internal interface clock-gating strategy.
  0h = Clock is running.
  1h = Reserved.

 Is there any problem if 1h = Reserved. is set?
 Please tell me the meaning of Reserved. if any.

Best Regards,
Jun
