AM3351: AM3351

Part Number: AM3351

Hello all,

I am looking for reference on integrating the Murata WIFI module "LBWA1KL1FX-875" with AM3351.

Can anyone help me to understand if stable/developer driver available for LBWA1KL1FX-875 to integrate with AM3351.

Looking forward to get help on this soon.

Thanks,

Mohammed

  • Hello Mohammed,

We support TI parts and TI software on this forum. You will need to reach out to Murata to ask them if they have developed a driver for their peripheral, or if you have any questions about getting their peripheral working with a Linux processor.

If you have a design with the Murata part, and you run into an issue, and you trace that issue back to a TI driver, then we can offer assistance.

    Regards,

    Nick

  • Hello Nick,

Appreciated the highlight. I understand about the TI parts and software that you explained.

My query was general if  someone has used AM3351 with LBWA1KL1FX-875,  if so what were the steps taken to run this e.g. driver and configurations.

Appreciate any reference on the topic.

  • Hello Mohammed,

Let me send your question over to our EVM team to comment on whether any TI EVMs have used this part.

  • Hi Mohammed,

There should be no issues blocking this radio with the AM3351 as the radio itself has a 4-bit SDIO interface, which is what we use on our WiLink products, and integrate well with Sitara processors.  Murata or Cypress will need to help you with the device tree configuration and radio-specific firmware - there is nothing I am aware of that would be unique to integrating with AM3351 in this regard (aside from pinmux, of course).
