DRA829V: Where is the description of PCIE switch?

There is no such chapter in the TRM. The DRA829 allows software configuration of 4 independent PCIe ports to realize PCIe switch functionality, by supporting DMA from port to port.  You will need to setup the 4 independent PCIe controllers via bridge functions:
