In current datasheet, unused EMIF_DQS/DQSn must be pulled high/pulled down.
But in old version datasheet, there is not such requirement.
On customer's board did not use EMIF2, just leave EMIF2 signals floating, the product deployed in field for years already, did not occur any issue, does it need respin board to add pull up /pull down resistor on EMIF2_DQS/DQSn signals?
