Dear Team,
We are using OMAPL-138 in one of our product, where we use NAND device MT29F4G16, we download our boot.ais and program.bin file in NAND using sfh_OMAP-L138.exe and it will work fine for some 6 or 8 months, after that some of our device showing the NAND read fail during the power on reset
We don't know why this happens
If we re-program the NAND using sfh_OMAP-L138.exe then again device will work, but we don't know the exact the reason why is happens
Please respond us as soon as possible so that we will resolve this issue
