Jimmy,
For questions regarding the TSN capabilities of AM64x, please refer to the webinar notes from one of our recent sessions: /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/791/TI-Sitara-Linux-TSN-webinar.pdf
For the full presentation, you can watch the recorded session here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1009997/am6442-linux-time-sensitive-networking-on-sitara-processors-including-am64x
For the question on A53, the AM64x family of devices does feature the A64 Instruction Set which includes Advanced SIMD and Floating Point Extensions (NEON).
This information and more is contained in the datasheet found here: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/am6442.pdf

Kyle
