AM3358: LCD Flicker observed when switching from uboot to kernel

Hello All,

I am using TI SDK 07.03.00.005 , linux version 5.4.106

I have displayed boot logo on LCD in both uboot and kernel

When switching from uboot to kernel, white line is displayed on LCD display for a small duration, when LCD is initializing in kernel

I wanted to know how to remove this white line as it is not looking good on display.

Please help me to resolve this issue

Hello Anjana,

If you disable the splash in Uboot, do you still observe the white lines during Kernel initialization?

Hello Krunal,

If splash screen is disabled in Uboot, White line is not observed during kernel initialization.

Hello Anjana,

Unfortunately, we do not support splash in Uboot but maybe inspect the data lines and check if Uboot is sending white pixels.
