Can you be more precise re: memory cards.  Is it this:

What is the part number they're trying to replace?  Did that ship with the EVM originally or is that a part they've procured?

The user guide says ...

3.2.15 DIMM1, DDR3 SO-DIMM Socket 

DIMM1 is 204-pin DDR3 Socket type for external expansion. For compatibility ,you can only use the DDR3 SO-DIMM of ECC type. If you use the general standard type will cause not compatible. ECC and non-ECC different pin definitions , please refer to the specification of the SO-DIMM module. "

Hi Kyle,

Unfortunately they cannot use Component Distributors as they only use authorized distributors or OEMs they can trace the devices back to. 

They only need a handful of memory cards.

Is there a good EoL memory card that fits these requirements?

No I don't have any other recommendations.  I think this is a standard DDR3 SODIMM module.  They may try to reach out to Advantech for more details or alternate distributors.
