I downloaded the latest TISDK (j7-evm-08_01_00_07) on to a new build machine and building tisdk-default-image fails with the following error. A bit of checking reveals that the commit hash does, in fact, exist in the upstream GIT repo but that repo does NOT have a "master" branch. The commit hash exists in the "main" branch.
