I have question related to NSEU (Neutron Single Even Upset) susceptibility test for this IC. Can I get any document supporting this testing has been done on this ICs and its NSUE susceptible ?

Feedback I received is that you will need to submit a request to the Customer Service Center. They may be able to provide you with a Soft Error Rate report, but these are restricted and require an NDA.

Submit the SER data request to the sales support line by using the New Online Support Web Form.

Select “Quality, Reliability, Environmental”
In the description section please make sure you state the full orderable TI device part number.
And state that you need an SER report.
