T02144832 - TMDXEVM3358
The device boots up and the LCD screen is displayed, but the touch function using a finger does not work.

I think the product is defective. How do I exchange it?

It could be that the customer is running into a touchscreen calibration error. They can check if touch events are being received with evtest.
