TDA3MV: Programming MICRON memory through TDA3MV device

I'm Moreno electronic engineer of SMH Technologies, I have some questions about the TDA3M device, I have to program a MICRON memory through it.

My problem is this:

I connected to the TDA3M device via JTAG, I configured the ICEPick module and I connected the TAP of the cortex M4 n.0.

At this point I have to run a firmware in RAM (in OCMC_RAM 0x40300000 - 0x4037FFFF - 512KiB 32-bit Ex (1) / R / W) to then use the QSPI port of the TDA3M device.
My problem is that when I put the firmware at the address 0x40300000 (a simple firmware, for example a while (1)) and set the Cortex M4 Program counter at the address 0x40300000, I notice that then the core goes into lockup, more precisely if after that I put the core in halt I find the program counter at the address 0x00000042.

Which registers should I configure in the TDA3MV device to be able to run a generic firmware in RAM through the Cortex M4 Core?

    After reset, M4 will map PA 0x40300000 to VA 0x00300000 in AMMU.

    Please refer to the below description in TDA3 Technical Reference Manual.

    Your firmware run address has to point to 0x300000 instead of 0x40300000.
