Hi!

I want use in my project NAND FLASH with boot from NAND.

If possible, can I use more NAND memory than 4 GB?

Can you recommend specific chips?

Hello,

Since NAND access is largely controlled by software (i.e., the address bus isn't used) you should be able to use larger than 4 Gb. Yes you can connect devices in parallel using multiple chip selects. You should run IBIS simulations to make sure the signal integrity is good.

TI doesn't have specific part number recommendations. It is usually safest to use similar parts compared to what is on the EVM but that is not required.
