About MSL rating for TMS320C6205ZWT200 and TMS320C6205DZWT200.

It seems to be the same for both, Level-3-260C-168 HR - are the two parts actually equal ?

I am checking on the significance of the 6205 vs 6205D. I'll get back to once I have an answer.

The 6205D version supports 5V signaling on the PCI bus. This fixes advisory 1.3.8 detailed in the Errata.

I see no additional differences.
