DRA829J: Running PBIST on A72 from the R5

I am wondering how do I get the PBIST complete status without using interrupts? I am initially trying to test the A72 PBIST, but will be testing some other submodules as well. I see I can read the FSRF register after completion to see if any errors are present.

I am checking with the team on this. Is there a particular use case where the interrupts are not desired?

Just for simplicities sake I was hoping to avoid it. For the LBIST runs there is a complete status bit that can be read, but does not appear the case with the PBIST tests. I was able to get the interrupts setup using examples from the PDK and just read the status manually.

Hi David,

Feedback from team is that the interrupt is the only mechanism for Software to check for PBIST test completion. There is no PBIST status register to poll.
