I am using PROCESSOR_SDK_RADAR_03_08_00_00 and PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_08_00_00.

I am wondering where can I found Linux or BIOS driver for the PCI-E interface?

Hang,

Driver files should be under <kernel>/drivers/pci/controller/dwc/pci-dra7xx.c under Linux.

You can also try lspci command in Linux command line to see PCIe devices, and you can also grep pci in the linux bootlog to see PCIe drivers loaded.
