AM4376: Inquiry about DDR3 Routing on TMDXSK437X

Part Number: AM4376
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMDXSK437X,

Hi Champ,

Our customer is developing their system with AM4376, therefore, customer is referring to the schematic of  TMDXSK437X starter kit (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprr202 ). The connection between AM4376 and DDR3L is described on page 6, customer is not sure the reason why the signal name of the processor and the label of the signal line of DDR3 are different.

There is the description which is “Note: DDR Data reordered for routing. See Hardware User’s Guide”, however, customer is not sure what document they should refer to.

Can I have your expert’s advice/comments on this, please?

Best regards,

Miyazaki
