TMS320C6204: PLL characteristics under different temperature

Part Number: TMS320C6204

Hi,

I have a question from customer who uses C6204.
Does the PLL inside the device have different characteristics under different temperature?
If so, how temperature change affects to PLL output including CLKOUT?

Or

As far as temperature is within operation temperature range, PLL characteristics are the same?

Thanks and regards,
Koichiro Tashiro

  • PLLs are designed to track a reference clock across the entire operating conditions defined for the device. The output may have small frequency variations as the PLL attempts to track the reference clock, but the average frequency output will always track the reference clock.
