AM5K2E02: How to program ZQ3CR1 register?

Hi Experts,

I am working on a DDR3 driver, using the TI document SPRUHN7C (Keystone II DDR3 Memory Controller). The target hardware is AM5K2E02 (Keystone II SoC).

In section 4.58 (Impedance Control Register 1) there is a ZQnCR1 register for n=0...3, so there are four registers: ZQ0CR1,ZQ1CR1,ZQ2CR1 ,ZQ3CR1.

However, the TI calculator TexasInstruments_DDR3_Register_Calc_v1p60 only gives register values for ZQnCR1 for n=0,1,2. It misses the fourth register.

I am asking how to program the ZQ3CR1 register - as the Excel spreadsheet TI provides misses this.

Thank you.

Regards,
Archie A.
