We use a TI tool called FlashBurn version 2.80, dated July 15, 2003 with CCS version 3.1 to program these DSPs.

The FlashBurn program recently stopped working and needs to be reinstalled. I can't seem to locate this program anywhere.

The link https://softwaredesignsolutions.com/flashburn/ was successfully used to download and install the program. Two issues:

In CCS, under the tools tab, there is no "program" option. If I run the FlashBurn program itself, it generates an error: "Failed to create Code Composer instance".

I'm sorry, but this part and the flashburn tool don't have design support from TI anymore. I'd recommend you to search the existing E2E posts for similar inquiries and possible solutions.
