Hi team:
My customer reported a long-standing problem regarding the ESD. The test condition is contact discharge test at ±4KV.
There are some details i can share for your reference.
1. the power supply of the OMAPL138 is stable. The reset pin detect no change.
2. we monitor the Vcore is 1.3V/0.19A in normal operation.
3.Once failed ,the Vcore becomes to 1.3V/0.23A.
4.There are some log shown as attachment and block diagram.
Base on this case, i want to confirm whether we have some test program used in this platform that i can track how does the IC shunt down?
because some time the system just fail without any log output.
