I need docs that I can refer to to design H/W board for JTAG.
my team has designed it however we got the error below.
Error connecting to the target (Error - 181 @ 0x0)
The controller has detected a dead JTAG clock.
The user must turn-on or connect the JTAG clock for the target.
to solve this error, I also need materials relevant to it too.
could you guide me to every docs that has detail description or application note for designing board for JTAG?
we are using the DSP 'TMS320C6657'.
