AM6442: IO Type of PCIE0_CLKREQn pin

Hi, 

Is PCIE0_CLKREQn an open-drain pin, requiring an external pull resistor? Or is it a standard IO pin? There is contradictory information in the TRM and datasheet:

Datasheet Table 6-62 (says it is an 'IO', not 'IOD'):
