TMS320VC5416: Internal pin to to pin distance is smaller than 0.05mm

Hello Champs,


Customer bought 8 pcs of TMS320VC5416PGE160, but the internal pin to to pin distance of 7pcs is smaller than 0.05mm? 

Please see below Xray picture.

Customer wanted to check if  < 0.05mm will cause circuit shorted? Will the < 0.05mm distance cause some issues?

    Hello Shine,

    I have checked this with our packaging experts and the loop heights for the internal wires can be different and a 2D Xray will not show the correct distance and there should not be any issues here. There are also checks that are done in our assembly process that should verify that the distance between the pins is correct.
