A customer ordered TMDSEMU560V2STM-U from TI .com,
He can not connect to PC, the error is (Error -183 @ 0x0) as below.
I checked the Debugging JTAG, it looks like the cable break.

customer also said he ordered the several debuggers and only this one has issue.
and the POD cable looks like loose.
could you please help us to identify the debugger broken or not?
Is it a quality problem?
