TMDSEMU560V2STM-U: XDS560v2 System Trace USB Debug Probe Return and replacement identification

Hi Team,

A customer ordered TMDSEMU560V2STM-U from TI .com,

He can not connect to PC, the error is     (Error -183 @ 0x0) as below.

I checked the Debugging JTAG, it looks like the cable break.

customer also said he ordered the several debuggers and only this one has issue.

and the POD cable looks like loose.

could you please help us to identify the debugger broken or not?

Is it a quality problem?

    (Error -183 @ 0x0) as below.

    This error indicates that communication between the PC and XDS560v2 debug probe is fine. The issue is communication between the debug probe and the target board.

    The reasons can vary. One potential reason is the pod cable as you mentioned. If it feels loose compared to the other he has, then perhaps the cable connection inside the pod came loose. In this case I would recommend contacting Blackhawk support directly.
