DRA746: Play 60 FPS video on the home screen caton

Sorry, could not understand the issue, could you please share some output file or video to understand it? could not get what is double screen? Also can you please save output of video decoding in a file and check it offline?

Specific phenomenon is that the machine pick up the two screens, the home screen is a resolution of 800 * 480 LCD screen, vice screen is a HDMI interface external screen, the resolution is set, two screen display: no problem.
The two screen display driver when the refresh rate is set to 60 FPS, broadcast bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_normal. Mp4 video, broadcast video images in two screen at the same time,
At this point, the image will appear a frame will pause after a few seconds and then play the next frame image, video audio no pause, video broadcast images at this time do not match the timestamp and the timestamp of the audio.
We have done:
1: set two screen refresh rate to 30 FPS, broadcast video didn't appear pause phenomenon, but the customer need the refresh rate of 60 FPS
2: will the HDMI interface vice screen resolution set to 720 p, broadcast video without pause.
3: debugging found two screens, is to use the GPU to synthetic display, so very consumption of GPU resources, useless HWC to synthetic display.
The method of hope:
1: connect the two display interface using the HWC to synthesis, according to how to configure?
2: is there any initiative to throw the frame of the measures, such as video decoder decoding is completed, display data, before the timestamp wrong data lose initiative?
3: can you set the frequency of the GPU overclocking run, set the frequency of the GPU higher, how to set?
4: is there a GPU usage view tool, please provide it
