i follow the the documentation software-dl.ti.com/.../build_steps_j721e.html
the tisci-mgr, tiipc-mgr:.... basic driver can not be started.

the boot/ und bootfs/ folder is copied the all files which mentioned in link. If we only use the command
cp -fv ${PSDK_QNX_PATH}/bootfs/* <path_to_SD_card_mount_dir>/boot
only qnx-ifs will be copied, the rest folder will be ignored, i added the -r to copy the all the files to the /boot
in /bootfs, lib/firmware also created and copied.
