Is all pins of gpmc dedicated

These pins have multiple functions.  Please refer to Table 4-2. Pin Attributes (ZCE and ZCZ Packages)  in the datasheet.

Below table summarizes the recommended signal configuration for GPMC interface. Availability of multiple chip select increases flexibility.

Please refer to 7.1 GPMC of TRM 

Please refer to bolded text. we can also use gpios as WE and  RE pins for other interface or must use GPMC_WE and GPMC_RE
