TMS320C5515: Code composer Studio version required for TMS320CC515 for no OS application

Part Number: TMS320C5515

I have a TMS320C5515 which need to be interfaced with AD9361 for some no OS application . I tried to install CCS(V4.1.3) with inbuilt CDROM with package , it installed but i am not able to run the CCS (v4.1.3) on my windows 11 machine, and following error pop up if i try to open CCS. I tried looking for Adobe flash player Active X for windows 11 but on online forum I came to know support for same is stopped by adobe after 2020 and thus not available for Windows 11

So any help regarding how to resolve it or which version of CCS to be used will be highly welcomed.
