Hello

When i connect the device to the PC, the power comes on. But it does not boot to normal mode. Symptoms are exactly identical as described in:

-The device never boots to normal mode, the mode LED is blinking green forever(USB LED is Red ON)

-The device is never detected by the Windows device manager(When i connect another device that working normally, this device is detected by the Windows device manager and working normally.)

-I use CCS Version : 9.3.0.00012
