I bought TMS320DM36x Evaluation Module. (http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tmdxevm368.html)

The TMS320DM36x Digital Video Evaluation Module (DM36x EVM) includes the following components:

TMS320DM368 DaVinci™ processor-based development board

Spectrum Digital LCD board with touch screen

Leopard Imaging LI-5M02 camera board for live video capture

and etc........................................

I couldn't find the schematics for Leopard Imaging LI-5M02 camera board for live video capture. Please Help to find it

I think you have to request the schematic from LeopardImaging. Just send an email to sales@leopardimaging.com and he should be able to help you.
