TDA4VM: Question about 1.8V and 3.3V SD VIO boot.

Part Number: TDA4VM

I have reference design which VDD is 3.3V and VIO pullup 1.8V. The system boot from SD.

I make same design and VDD 3.3 and VIO pullup 3.3V. Two PMICs boot, all output volt from PMICs is correct, but seem processor doesn't boot. The board draw 0.8A and a bit warm, so I think processor is powered as well.

I check SD clock pin, there is no clock at all. Boot mode pins set to SD correctly.

I am wondering if 1.8V is the issue? if so, how to config for processor happy with VIO 3.3?

I read user's guide and found WAKUP_GPIO0_9 is low: SD operation at 1.8 and 1 for 3.3. Out design, this pin connect to PMIC-master interrupt (pin 14), and it is low all the time.

does this pin effect to SD operation?

Seem SD doesn;t work at all because no clock found in SD clock pin, beside boot mode pin, is there any other hint to be concern?

many thanks
