TMS320C6416: 0x80000240 / -1135 Fatal Error during initialization OCS, unrecoverable error

This is typically an issue with communication with the debug probe (XDS510 in this case). Was this all working for the customer in the past and then it just stopped working all of a sudden?

hello Ki, Thanks for your answer 2 days ago. I am "the customer" :-). All was working in the past. The only thing that happened is that we re-installed from scratch the Windows XP PC with CCS v3.3. Do you think as I do, that the XDS510 probe is working fine ? Because the JTAG scan test successfully returns the device ID with a JTAG IR length = 8. Notice also that our DSP is a C6416, please forgive me : C6714 is a typing error !:

It looks like the XDS510USB seems fine.I'm not sure why thing stopped working when you reinstalled CCSv3.3. Are you using the latest version of 3.3 and the Spectrum Digital drivers?
