PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62X: CCS can't connect the M4 core by XDS110 after linux kernal start succes

Please refer to AM62x MCU+ SDK: EVM Setup (ti.com) and make sure you connect to the USB port for JTAG XDS110. Please also refer to this thread about connecting to the right M4 core. You'll need to connect to BLAZAR_Cortex_M4F_1 as shown below:

yes, i connect the BLAZAR_Cortex_M4F_1 ,but it still occur the error, and the "this thread" link  i can't open

Sorry about the non-working link. If Linux boots and you see the login prompt, you should be able to connect to the M4 core.

Which version of CCS do you have?

I try to "Tese Connection", it's failed at IR and DR Test. as shown  the log.

Ok. I assume your target configuration looks like below:

Is this right? If you followed the instructions I provided earlier and still have this issue, it may indicate your board could have some issue. I did some debugging and found that I got the same error when I disconnected the power supply. This may mean your XDS110 on-board emulator is not getting power. 

Do your team have another EVM to try out?

This board also has a cTI20 JTAG (AM62x SK-EVM User's Guide):

If you have an XDS200 debug probe, you can try with that.

1. I use the EVM, it's ok for anything.

2.i use a another board which design by my company colleage, the JTAG interface use the 20pin to 10pin header which by the XDS110 debug probe own.

  I try to use the multimeter to test the  adapter of 20pin to 10pin by TI, I found some problems,

 as shown above,

The number 9 pin of the CM10 Pin should be connected to the GND of the XDS110 Pin, but actually it was connected to the number 4 pin of the XDS110 Pin.

And  The number 7 pin of the CM10 Pin should be connected to the number 6 pin of the XDS110 Pin, but actually it was connected to the GND of the XDS110 Pin.

others pins is connected as shown above, Does this adapter make a difference?
