Since the memory is directly printed on the DM3730CBP, how should the timing be adjusted?

DM3730 has no design support as per the product page:

So we will not be able to answer hardware or software questions about the device other than pointing to existing documents or software.

I do not understand your question. Maybe there is an example in the software releases. You can find the DM3730 software releases on the product page:
