SK-AM64: Coovachilli Captive Portal Package on the target

Hi,

We are using SK-AM64 EVM board. We wanted to add Coovachilli - captive portal package on to the target. We understood that, to add new packages to the target, we should need respective bitbake files.

Is there any other way to add package to the target without .bb files ??

Because, Coovachilli Package has no such .bb files available here "layers.openembedded.org/.../"

Creating new bitbake recipes would be the cleanest way to integrate new SW into your image, and there's a whole section in the documentation on this that has a lot of valuable info: https://docs.yoctoproject.org/dev-manual/new-recipe.html Long story short, Yocto can do a lot of the heavy lifting of configuring/building projects, so most recipes are actually not very complicated.
