TMS320C5535: TMS320C5535: Audio example framework is not working as expected

OS: Windows 11 Pro

CCS Compiler version: CCS Version 12.1 (Latest)

 

We are using TMS320C5535 eZdsp Kit for demonstration of audio example in windows 11. But the USB port is not detectable by the system, also find the same error attached below.

Further to that, also tried in Ubuntu system through loading the image file in the SD card. Still USB port was not detected.

And in the code part, while debugging, from the 136th line of the code which is attached below, is the where the USB not detected is popping up.

    Hi Meghana,

    The CCS 12.1 does not support the C55x Code Gen Tools by default, you will have to download and install the C55x CGT from TI site separately.

    Also I think the connected audio framework also based on the SYS/BIOS 5.42.02.10.

    The host PC Windows version should not matter, because the USB audio class v1.0 should be supported in any Windows version.
